About the Role:
The Customer Experience Team Leader plays a key role in the effective coaching and mentoring of staff within their team, and driving the experience that the organisation provides their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain coaching logs, applying these through one-on-one coaching sessions
- Identify, reward & recognize positive behavioural traits & offer acknowledgement in coaching sessions & to the team
- Act as a conduit between senior management & the teams to implement Customer engagement and experience levels
- Identify & report on skill gaps or opportunities to positively improve performance of both individuals & teams
- Work with individual members of the team to identify strengths and areas for development
- Facilitate team meetings to keep the respective teams informed of their progress, company results, and forward plan for future activity
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a Team Leadership role within transactional call centre environments, and able to demonstrate a successful track record of Customer Experience leadership
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify and capitalise on opportunities for continuous improvement
- Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to coach and mentor team members in developing these skills so that they can achieve high levels of performance
- Able to handle high pressure environments, remaining calm , courteous and methodical while demonstrating empathy to the customer as well as a determined and focused results orientation.
