About the role
Dynamic Lead Practitioner sought for overseeing and integrating Children’s Contact Centre, Parenting, and Counselling services. Lead and mentor staff, manage complex cases, and drive program success in a versatile and impactful role.
What we are looking for
- Relevant qualification in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology and minimum five years’ experience in relevant practice and Team Leadership.
- Minimum five years experience in similar practice and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in recording and interpreting large volumes of data in line with contractual requirements.
