What You'll Do:
As a part of our FHMSS team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and aspirations, with a focus on mental health, Social work and counselling. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving business development and community engagement to spur business growth.
- Coaching, developing, and managing teams to identify opportunities for our customers.
- Understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and various agencies.
- Developing local partnerships and customer channels.
- Meeting margin and revenue KPIs.
- Establishing strong community linkages to facilitate referrals to Breakthru's suite of programs.
About You:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in Mental Health
- Qualifications and/or experience in mental health, social work, psychology or similar
- A drive to achieve or exceed targets and KPIs.
- The ability to create and manage meaningful relationships with customers and employers.
- Exceptional people leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Driver's licence (essential)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain
- Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Clearance Check (or willing to obtain)
