Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive advice on employment conditions, policies, and procedures.
• Expert interpretation of industrial regulations for compliance.
• Responsive liaison to resolve HR-related matters efficiently.
• Streamlined payroll resolution and prevention of grievances.
• Lifecycle management from vacancy to retirement, with proactive guidance.
• Vigilant oversight for HR compliance and process improvements.
• Efficient handling of recruitment, appointments, and employee transitions.
• Providing appropriate guidance, support, and training to managers and employees on a range of HR Systems including CHRIS21, PageUp and HR21.
• Interpretation of data requests to determine stakeholders' data needs.
• Oversight of HRMS data quality maintenance and monitoring.
• Ensuring efficient position management through CHRIS system administration. Collaborative partnership to meet stakeholder needs and forecast workforce requirements.
