Position Title: Team Leader Human Resources

The People and Culture Team, where this role sits, are responsible for working collaboratively to develop and implement approaches and solutions that support a constructive and positive culture and deliver services so that our people are inspired to deliver the best outcomes for our community

We are looking for someone who demonstrates, through their behaviour, an alignment with and an understanding of Our Values and who has the following qualification, skills and experience:

  • Lead, mentor and develop HR Team members to achieve required skills and to work effectively and efficiently in a values-aligned way.
  • Generates support and commitment to the achievement of People and Culture and HR Team goals and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with all levels of leadership, employees and external stakeholders, including policy and procedure development and implementation. 
  • Demonstrated experience in the management and conduct of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations issues.
