Closing Date: 11:30pm, Sunday 14th April 2024About the OpportunityReporting to the Director, OPI the Team Leader, Intake is responsible for leading and managing the Intake Officers, for allocating and overseeing their daily workflow and delegating and managing tasks as required. The Team Leader, Intake ensures the timely and accurate response to enquiries and the prompt registration and triage of new complaints and reports, made to the OPI. Modelling excellent service delivery and a customer-centric focus, the Team Leader, Intake acts as an escalation point for difficult and complex interactions and coordinates the monitoring of certain matters referred by the OPI to other agencies for investigation.About the BusinessThe Office for Public Integrity (OPI) is an independent Statutory Office of the South Australian Government. The OPI plays a vital role in keeping public institutions reliable, fair and trustworthy by receiving and assessing complaints and reports about corruption, misconduct and maladministration in public administration. Our office also oversees the assessment and investigation of complaints and reports about the conduct of South Australian police officers.Located within the heart of the CBD, the OPI is conveniently positioned close to public transport, the parklands, and the Adelaide Central Markets.
