(HEO6) $86,360 to $93,285 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.Continuing, full-time opportunity available immediately.Working under general direction, the Team Leader, International Admissions will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the implementation and sustainability of robust and efficient processes and procedures for the selection and admission of international students.This role will drive business improvement, resource efficiency and technology enhancement. The Team Leader, International Admissions will be responsible for the operational delivery of their own team and will work closely with the Manager, Coordinator and two other Team Leaders. To be effective in this position, recent prior experience in International Admissions is required as the Team Leader will be supporting the International Admissions team on International Admissions complex questions, business processes and qualification assessment.To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of International Admissions including problem-solving skills and proficiency in resolving admission assessment matters.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the legislative and policy frameworks underpinning compliance, quality and equity in International Admissions.
- Demonstrated supervision experience and ability to lead a cohesive team to achieve quality customer service and timely business outcomes.
- Well-developed organisational ability and initiative, including experience prioritising to meet deadlines, often with competing demands, in a complex team environment.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written documents and training materials for a broad audience.
