About the role
Grampians Health Ballarat is a local, trusted provider of Home Care Packages and Linkages Packages assisting our Consumers to remain living at home safely and with confidence. Services are delivered by our experienced and professional staff to promote functional independence, wellness and enhance individuals’ quality of life.
Team Leader - Administration is an integral member of our leadership team, and actively contributes to the growth and development of the program. They have direct responsibility for leading the administration team, and also provide/coordinate high level administrative support for the entire team, which includes Program Manager, Case Management Team Leaders, Packaged Care Admissions Officers, Case Managers, and Linkages OTs.
Team Leader - Administration is responsible for a broad range of administrative, financial and systems functions across the department, including development, implementation and management of relevant processes and procedures for administrative and financial management of Home Care Packages and Linkages Packages, liaison with Services Australia, liaison with external service providers, managing Client Record Management system, etc.
The successful applicant will be provided with appropriate orientation, supervision, ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
