About the Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a part-time Team Leader at Little Flower Junior OSHC based at Kedron. Little Flower Junior Outside School Hours Care provides before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 165 children.

Remuneration: as per the Children’s Services Modern Award 2010. Level 4A.1 to 4.3 - $29.1505 to $34.3947, depending on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Coordinator in the day to day operations of the service, including:
- Program planning, delivery and documentation
- Staff rostering and supervision
- Administration and financial management tasks (e.g. fee collection)
- Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the Coordinator
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
- Experience in the education and care of children
- Effective computer skills including experience with child care management software (Xplor preferred)
- Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
