Your new role
In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited to;
- Liaison with customers and key stakeholders & suppliers
- Build and assist in the growth of the Property Management division
- Coordinating all maintenance work, including liaising with owners and tenants.
- Oversee the applications process to ensure a high standard of quality of service is met
- Delegate KPI's and targets and performance manage to ensure all business outcomes are achieved
- Manage a team of 10 -12, including mentor and coaching of new & upcoming agents & lead weekly meetings
- Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyse variances, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of properties as well as assist the team with portfolio management, including but not limited to approving invoices, reviewing and negotiating rents, & customer resolution
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
- Possess a current QLD Real Estate Licence
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Senior Property Management
- A minimum of 3 years experience within an Office Management
- High attention to detail and ability to build rapport and empathy with key stakeholders and participants.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with adaptability to a fast-paced-changing environment.
- Experience in supply management, tracking budget expenses, delegation, staffing, managing processes, supervision, developing standards, promoting process improvement, and reporting skills.
The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start in their Rockhampton office. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, leading a team of 10-12 dedicated and experienced real estate professionals. You will be provided with all the tools of the trade, including a phone and laptop, as well as an $11,000 car allowance. Additionally, there is an attractive salary package starting from $85,000 plus superannuation, along with an attractive commission structure based on growth. This role is perfect for a senior property manager who has experience in leadership and is ready to manage a fast-paced team of professionals and take them to the next level.
