Ashurst Service Central (ASC) supports the firm to deliver smart and scalable business services. An experienced team of problem solvers and service professionals are designing a "one stop shop" for essential services across the employee and client lifecycles.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our firm, during an exciting period of transformation. This critical role will support the delivery of our shared service operating model through meaningful analysis, report production, KPI reporting and insight generation.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of leading a team of data analysts responsible for report production, analysis and insight generation with a particular focus on the transformation of existing reports. The successful candidate will take the lead in implementing best practise approaches to report production and management information delivery.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
Experience of a similar role in a professional services company
Experience of working in a global team.
Expert level Excel skills
Use of Power BI or other, similar business intelligence tools (Business Objects, Tableau)
VBA, R, Python
Excellent analytical skills, able to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of data.

Salary will be competitive yet commensurate to experience and ability and in the range of $90,000 - $100,000.
