We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a keen, self-motivated, and business focused Security ServiceTeam Leader to join our fast-growing team in Sydney, NSW.
The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of Siemens security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Networking) as they will be responsible for the delivery & growth of the NSW Security Service Team. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Training & development of team members (including Growth Talks & Performance Management).
- Ensuring high quality estimation of service project opportunities through our dedicated estimator.
- Reviewing & allocating new projects.
- Reviewing & adjusting our processes in order to maximize profit & customer satisfaction.
- Safety & quality auditing.
- Delivering on personal & team recovery expectations.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maximizing our performance against Service Team KPIs.
- Reporting on team performance (both to the wider team during our monthly service team meetings & also to higher levels of management).
- Developing & driving order intake growth initiatives.
