Team Leader - Transition To Work

About the Team Leader Position:

As a Team Leader of Transition-to-Work (Youth Services), you will lead from the front and manage the Youth Consultants in the branch

You will engage, train and mentor teams at each branch to deliver a high-quality service.  You will ensure that the best possible outcomes for our participants and employers are achieved, and that key performance indicators are met.

• Directing and leading the service delivery and performance of team
• Providing leadership, staff training and development
• Participating in local community networking events to promote the Transition to Work program, 
• Tracking all performance throughout your region
• Reporting on performance against KPI’s
