Key success in this role is building strong professional relationships with stakeholders, driving team performance through a good understanding of scheme performance measure, whilst also promoting engagement across the team.
This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week or more if preferred. The office is based in Macquarie Park with free onsite parking.
The Role:
- Lead a team of senior/case managers, driving best-in-market claims performance outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support and ensure a positive team culture.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support and align with the business's claims strategies.
- Be passionate about continuous improvement and always look at ways to make processes and ways of working better.
- Undertake key audits and quality assurance to ensure business performance against KPIs.
- Strong Workers Compensation understanding and knowledge.
- Experience in a leadership role or have had leadership secondment experience.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- People skills, a passion for working with others, and being a role model for your team and the wider business.
- Salary (experience dependent): $128,000 - $139,000 Package + Company Benefits
