Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank’s small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal and institutional online trading customers.
Business Lending (BL) is a product and specialised sales team that offers working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance, and property finance to our customers. It also has responsibility for Line 1 risk and controls for these products. BL is directly responsible for product management, process management, portfolio and pricing management. It also works closely with bankers, data and analytics, digital and customer experience teams.
Do Work That Matters
Asset Finance Fulfilment is a centralised national team responsible for the fulfilment, settlement and in life management of Asset finance products. We are currently a team of approximately 100 employees whose key stakeholders include not only external clients, but also internal stakeholders across all the various CBA segments.
This role is a unique opportunity to lead a team, make a difference through coaching and will report directly into the Executive Manager, Asset Finance Fulfilment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Internal stakeholder engagement and management including front line teams and support areas
- Strategise and execute on plans that deliver on quality, productivity and customer satisfaction goals
- Managing client escalations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and analysing client feedback to initiate improvements across Asset Finance
- Develop personalised coaching plans and targeting areas for development that are specific to each individual and take action to mitigate performance issues through structured performance plans
- Regularly review performance on each individual through structured 1 on 1;s, formalised performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Career and development planning for all team members
- Support the Leadership Team as required
