We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Full Time Branch Team Member to join our Craigieburn team.
About the role
We offer our Branch Team Members variety...every day! Our role includes the following tasks:
- Customer service at the counter
- Customer service over the phone
- Keeping you work area safe and clean
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading deliveries
- Making deliveries in our company vehicles
- Loading and accurately tracking, submitting and completing delivery runs locally
- Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
- Handle over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes, delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities
- Embracing the Plumbers Co-op values, policies and procedures and being a supportive Team Member
As someone with previous customer service and/or warehousing experience, you will possess a passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
You're known for your excellent communication skills, reliability and excellent attention to detail.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following relevant experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications:
- a current MR licence
- a forklift licence
- trustworthy, reliable and a ‘Can do’ attitude
- attention to detail
- has a sense of pride in your workplace
- able to maintain high standards
- customer service experience
- team player, with exceptional safety awareness
