What You'll Do:
We're seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with sporting teams, leagues, and organisations across Victoria's West/North-West region. You'll become their trusted advisor for all their teamwear needs, ensuring they have the equipment they need to succeed in Football, Netball, Basketball, and other sports. While schools may be included, your primary focus will be on the dynamic world of sports.
What You'll Do:
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with sporting clubs, leagues, and organisations in Victoria's West/North-West region. Football, Netball, Basketball – you'll become their expert in teamwear solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and develop customised teamwear solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Deliver exceptional service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive, ongoing relationships.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and build client loyalty within your designated region.
- Work effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to guarantee seamless project delivery.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement within the West/North-West region.
- Prepare insightful reports on account performance to keep senior management informed.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally within the sporting industry.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details about teamwear specific to Football, Netball, Basketball, and other sports.
- A proven track record of building successful relationships with sporting organisations, particularly in Victoria's West/North-West region.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software programs, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A working knowledge of the supply chain & garment/range development (a plus).
