About the Role
As a critical contributor to our team, you'll get to showcase your presentation skills, technical knowledge, and client engagement experience to work with internal teams and new clients, demonstrating and promoting our solutions.

Ideally you will have worked within a high-profile consultancy or relevant automation software vendor and have over 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst and pre-sales consultant, both from a functional and technical point of view.

We are interested in hiring a highly motivated self-starter with experience in business process automation and capture technologies e.g. Tungsten/Kofax, Abbyy, Captiva, PSICapture, Esker, Ephesoft or Basware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and facilitate the scoping workshop, to gather the requirements with a firm understanding of the business process, budget and in-scope items
  • Retain ownership of the scoping documentation, through to the sign-off
  • Keep project stakeholders updated on the progress
  • Prepare well in advance for engagements by compiling agendas, pre-requisites, demos and be aware of the relevant attendees
  • Liaise with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their pain-points and requirements
  • Conducting software demonstrations to showcase company’s solution portfolio
  • Subject matter expert (SME) with extensive product and solution knowledge/experience
  • Understand the client unique requirements and prepare the demonstrations accordingly
  • Contribute to tender responses, RFP’s and proposals
  • Fully aware of Tungsten/Kofax and Xcellerate IT’s products, releases, road map and benefits differences between products, releases and versions 

Skills and Experience

  • Commercial experience of 3 plus years in Australia, NZ, North America or Europe in presales, Technical Business analysis, facilitating workshops and documenting processes
  • Experience in Capture, Transformation and Workflow technologies e.g. Kofax, Abbyy, Captiva, PSICapture, Esker, Ephesoft or Basware
  • A degree with a major in IT and/or Finance/Business Management 
  • Must be able to travel interstate 
  • Prepared to work from our well-located North Sydney office
  • Domain knowledge in financial business processes and related ERPs
