Business Process Analyst - Sales Efficiencies

Position Overview: As a Business Analyst specialising in Sales Efficiency and Process Improvement, you will be instrumental in driving transformative initiatives that streamline their operations, increase productivity, and contribute to our overall business success. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in large organisational transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse current Business Processes within the sales function.
2. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process enhancements.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Develop and maintain documentation of Business Processes, workflows, and improvements.
6. Provide training and support to teams during the implementation of process changes.
7. Monitor and measure the success of implemented improvements, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement in large organisations.
2. Certification in lean Six Sigma is desirable.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
5. Track record of successful involvement in organisational transformation projects.
6. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
