Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse current Business Processes within the sales function.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Business Processes, workflows, and improvements.
- Provide training and support to teams during the implementation of process changes.
- Monitor and measure the success of implemented improvements, making adjustments as necessary.
- Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement in large organisations.
- Certification in lean Six Sigma is desirable.
