Technical Campaign Assistant

Partnering with our client who is renowned for its prestigious product and services within the Automotive industry and based at its Australian head office in Mulgrave, we seek a suitably qualified TECHNICAL CAMPAIGN ASSISTANT.

Stenhouse is seeking a Very Driven and highly organized individual who will assist with the management of the Groups Technical Campaigns and recall program. Focusing on the range of Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler (EGR) Technical Campaigns, and assisting the Material Planners with stock ordering and management.  Under the direction of the Technical Services Manager. You will draw on your strong industry experience and analytical skills to assume responsibility for overseeing :

• Recall & Campaign Management: - In dealership support for campaign management focus 
• In dealership Training on campaign management system to ensure correct submissions and compliance.
• Strive to exceed yearly global KPI for campaign completion rates 
• Ensure strict recall data privacy requirements from Austroads and all state authorities are met.
• Ensure professional working relationships with BMW dealers and external government authorities.

• Reporting:- Assist with the preparation, and submission mandatory reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders 
• As required, prepare, and submit recall completion reports for the state registration authorities. 

• Technical campaigns & recalls:- Creation of Technical Service Bulletins for new Technical Campaigns or Safety Recalls. 
• Manage HO & local platforms TCM, Oracle & SAP.
• As required, provide dealers and internal groups with campaign reports.

You should apply for this dream role if you have Knowledge of dealer workshops, processes and tools, Some experience creating customer, dealer and government communications and responses would be an advantage.  Essentially you will use your Strong verbal and written skills with your ability to communicate at all levels and drive campaign completion rates & assist in process optimization.  Attention to detail especially with complex reports and data sets, Computer literacy (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and web based technologies are essential as is your ability to work cross functionally across all departments including Legal, IT, Accounts and Customer Service.
