About the Role:

The Assistant Campaign Manager at Birchal plays a crucial supportive role in the execution of crowdfunding campaigns. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in account management, offering a blend of administrative support, creative input, and hands-on learning experiences. You will work closely with our Campaign Managers to ensure the smooth operation of campaigns, aiding in both strategic planning and day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

This role offers an exciting blend of responsibilities, including:

Campaign Support:

Assist in developing and implementing campaign strategies, contributing to both creative concepts and logistical planning.

Client and Investor Relations:

Help manage communications with clients and investors, ensuring timely and effective responses.

Content Assistance:

Support in the creation and monitoring of campaign content, including social media posts, email communications, and campaign updates.

Data and Reporting:

Aid in collecting and analysing campaign data, contributing to performance reports for clients and internal review.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle administrative duties related to campaign management, including scheduling webinars, preparing documents, and maintaining campaign records.

About Your Experience:

● Experience in a supportive role in marketing, fundraising, or a related field.

● Basic understanding of the Australian financial market and interest in crowdfunding.

● Strong organisational, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

● Basic proficiency in data analysis and understanding of performance metrics.
