Form of work About the role…
As the Technical Delivery Lead you will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for Home Lending digital application and marketing technology platforms. You will manage a diverse team of multi discipline technical specialists creating a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, commitment to excellence, and a professional ethic that enables the achievement of platform and organisational objectives.
You will have experience working across a diverse range of Martec solutions with experience in web analytics, audience management and personalisation technologies. In the role, you will work closely with CRM and data teams to use data to enable the more efficient use of digital marketing budgets and provide relevant, personalised customer experiences across a range of channels.
You will co-ordinate technology Release and Change management activities and work closely business partners from the Chief Customer Office offering innovative technology solutions to solve business and customer problems. The role encompasses evaluating, planning, scheduling, and managing technology deliverables to ensure scope, quality, milestones, risks, and issues are maintained from design, through the development life cycle. You will build and manage strong relationships with vendors to drive performance. In your role you will support the operational management of assigned systems and lead Incident and Problem management.
What we’re looking for…
Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment utilising a variety of methodologies
Extensive experience working with Martec solutions to activate data to driven personalised customer experiences
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
Sound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices
Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation
Experience with vendor performance and relationship management
Ideally experience in the Financial Industry
