My client is in search of a highly skilled and proactive Technical Director to spearhead their technological advancements. This pivotal role involves not only guiding innovation and enhancing operational efficiency but also refining and augmenting existing processes as the company looks to increase its number of revenue streams with new products. The Technical Director, with a small team of direct reports, will play a crucial role in driving strategic technology initiatives and improving processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring the delivery of timely and effective solutions.
• Systems Integration: Supervise the integration of various systems and applications to ensure efficient data and communication flow, encompassing expertise in Microsoft 365, ZohoOne CRM, Snowflake Data Cloud, and Drupal CMS.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce stringent data governance protocols to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance, in line with ISO and Essential 8 standards.
• Cyber Security: Direct initiatives to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, crafting robust security
• Process Improvement: Actively identify and implement enhancements to existing processes, leveraging technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring the delivery of timely and effective solutions.
• Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within digital technology, ideally in an e-commerce setting.
- Demonstrated experience in software development, systems integration, data governance, and cybersecurity.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, ZohoOne CRM, Snowflake Data Cloud, and Drupal CMS (are nice to have).
- Experience with AdTech and marketing tech, particularly Tealium CDP, is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management experience.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP) are desirable.Benefits:
