Your Role at Parratech will be as a Technical Estimator and your core responsibilities in this role will include:
- Review and evaluation of tender specifications, documentation, drawings and relevant standards
- Understanding of scope of works and contractual obligations
- Interpretation of drawing and system requirements
- Working collaboratively with the design team, management and other key project stake holders to develop engineering solutions
- Development of project supporting documentation such as functional descriptions, method of operation, engineering reports and commissioning playbooks
- Interpret of project schematics, single line diagrams, P & ID’s and drawing registers
- Management of project specific documentation
- Preparing of costing schedules and detailed scope of works
- Preparing of clarifications registers
- Preparing of bid documentation
- Liasing with clients and other project stakeholders
Areas of discipline your role will include:
- Fuel storage and distribution systems
- Acoustic and ventilation systems
- Pre-Fabricated modular buildings
- Mechanical systems, pipework, pumps and system controls
- Electrical systems, reticulation and containment
- System control
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
- Attention to detail
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
