This is a dynamic, team-based role where you'll collaborate with a team of interpreters. This role would suit someone with an interest in heavy diesel vehicles and machinery, but Truck and Equipment is offering the right applicant on the job training and support if need be.
You would be carrying out the following duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers and maintain a relationship by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner either by over the phone, email and or counter sales
- Supply of parts to a busy workshop
- Manage the flow of parts, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Assisting with stock-takes and basic warehouse work
- Deliveries and pick-ups of parts when necessary
- Keeping work environment in a safe and clean condition
- Data entry, phone and computer use
- Prepare invoices and handle financial procedures for stock sales.
- Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday - 8.30am to 11.30am with additional pay.

- Previous experience in a similar role advantageous but not a necessity

License & Qualifications
- Current Manual Driver’s license
- Forklift License (desirable)
