The Role
As the Technical Helpline Officer, you will be providing after sales technical support to installers, technicians, Service Agents and Dealers on water heater and room heating products positioning Rheem as the market leader in after sales support.
The role includes the complete range of RAPL water heater and room heater products marketed under the Rheem, Vulcan, Everhot, Solahart, Raypak, Aquamax and Paloma brands.
The preference would be for you to be based in WA so you can attend training at our Welshpool office or in NSW so you can attend our Rydalmere office. We would consider remote workers in other Australian states for very experienced candidates.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
- A Trade Qualified Electrician, Plumber or Gasfitter
- An experienced fault finder and repairer of hot water systems
- A self-motivated problem solver
- Comfortable on a computer and with the Microsoft Office suite
- Able to confidently communicate over the phone
