Our client is seeking a Technical Lead: SAP Source to Pay (S2P) / Ariba to lead all technical requirements to ensure the effective implementation of the SAP Ariba solutions in support of the internal business processes of company as part of the Procurement Optimisation Project. Also, to develop good quality analysis capable of presenting technical requests and recommendations regarding SAP Ariba solutions in SAP S2P/Ariba.
Primary skills of the role include:
Demonstrated Specialist experience in SAP Procurement, Source to Pay & ARIBA Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, SRM SLP (Supplier life cycle performance), Guided Buying with catalogue and non-Catalogue procurement
Ability to support functional consultants in documenting system requirements.
Demonstrated experience operating from the User through to Management layer of a large organisation and within a complex ICT environment.
Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience in contemporary/iterative IT delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and the practices, ceremonies and delivery governance associated with these delivery methods.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to comfortably liaise and provide leadership to a wide range of stakeholders, all of whom are passionate and focused on their accountabilities and whom may at times require a better understanding of the wider organisational needs.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Experience in working with virtual (and shared) team of resources.
Highly developed written skills (documentation, communications, and presentations).
Ability to move and inspire people with innovative ideas, successfully turning ideas into reality.
Highly organised with a focus on keeping delivery on track as it relates the team.
Ability to perceive, manage, understand, and reason with emotions, as a team member, when managing others and when identifying the needs of disparate stakeholders with sensitivity.
