Your role
This opportunity involves working as part of the Sales division, supporting the team, our customers, and all business stakeholders to ensure we are delivering on our company tagline – Experience Excellence.
This role is a great step for someone looking to enter the commercial audio-visual, unified communications or collaboration technology industry, and offers pathways from Solution Architecture to Sales to Professional Services and project delivery. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure the Company’s quotation and proposal software is always up to date, accessible and performing as required by the Company.
- Proactively support Account Managers and Solution Architects across a range of project-related activities
- Develop your technical knowledge across industry technologies and take on solutioning tasks as appropriate and directed
- Support the team in major engagements, such as tenders
- Proactively work to improve the function of the Sales Team and the Team’s tools
To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated with a passion for providing great support.

- The ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Interest in technology, both current and emerging, in AV, UC and Collab
- A strong drive for success and development within their career
- Excellent verbal and written communication
