Job Description
Reporting to the Director Technology Services Uplift, the Technical Projects Lead role is responsible for leading important technology projects. The role has the following key areas of focus:
Technology Delivery - Leading a small team to focus on delivering multiple technology projects that achieve

• A Modern Workplace for a hybrid workforce
• Cloud adoption for ICT infrastructure, services, and business applications
• Modern collaboration services

Relationship management – Develops and maintains productive partnerships with key stakeholders across the business
Technology Security – Ensures the technology solutions meet Lotterywest’s high security standards
Mandatory/Special Role Requirements
Police Clearance
Selection Criteria * Well-developed experience in managing technical teams to achieve project-based outcomes

• Demonstrated experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS etc.) and Modern Management practices
• Demonstrated High-level technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL practices, applying IT Service Management and working in an agile environment.
• Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to build positive key stakeholder relationships
