AddressOur client, a leading supplier of Water Treatment Chemicals, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team as a Techncial Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling chemistry applications and solutions into the municipal processing plants, mining and refining customers in QLD. With a minimum of 5 years of sales experience. A chemistry or chemical engineering degree is also required.
Role can be based in Gladstone or Rockhampton
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target mostly existing and some new business opportunities within a diverse range of municipal processing plants, mining and refining customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at client organizations.
- Provide technical support to clients and address all product-related queries.
- Conduct testing on site
- Product selcction
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments to better position company products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, demonstrating the value of company products and services
- 5+ years of experience selling Water Treatment Chemicals into the markets mentioned aboce. Applications such as process and Water Treatment/seperation.
- A degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of Water Treatment Chemicals and processes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
