State Super operates to invest, support and administer defined benefit superannuation schemes worth approximately $38 billion, on behalf of the NSW Government and associated employers.
We are currently looking for suitably qualified Technical Scheme Adviser to join one of Australia's largest superannuation funds. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of superannuation law, NSW Public Sector super schemes and Defined Benefits schemes, you will provide advice and support to our members as well as our third-party stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the management of complaints including investigation and managing disputes that may arise from our fund members.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within the NSW Public Sector superannuation schemes or Defined Benefits schemes
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to write policies, prepare papers and collate data on required statistics
- Problem solving skills required to investigate a dispute and provide a resolution
- RG 146 licensing
