About the Role

Are you eager to be part of a dynamic and skilled team?

 

A role within our IT Department has become available due to company growth. As a Technical Services Administrator, you'll serve as the frontline of IT support for Zip, Waterlogic and Purezza, collaborating closely with our IT team and Managed Services Provider. Your role involves managing infrastructure, systems, security, and end-user services, ensuring seamless service support and maintenance, upgrades, and project delivery within the business units.

 

This role is located at our Condell Park office on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of assigned requests and incidents, adhering to IT standard operating procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the IT Managed Services Provider on escalated requests and incidents.
  • Develop and enhance standard operating procedures for IT, vendors, and end users.
  • Participate in project work and provide training materials for end users as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategies for their effective utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, Zip, or Culligan policies and guidelines.
  • Escalate tickets efficiently and effectively when necessary.

 

Key Focus Areas Include:

  • End-user devices and associated software and hardware management.
  • Microsoft stack administration including O365, AD & GPO, PowerShell, etc.
  • TCP/IP networking and IT procurement.
  • Digital form workflows and automated processes development.
  • Out of Hours Support:
    • Provide critical incident resolution and support out of hours.
    • Offer on-call support as needed.
    • Collaborate with global team members outside standard working hours.

About You:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
  • Stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passion for technology, innovation and exceptional customer service.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in enterprise IT support.
  • Experience in multi-site environments, including warehouse and manufacturing facilities.
  • Proficiency in hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365 suite, mobile device management, and fault/event management.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with users of varying skill levels.

 

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science.
  • Microsoft certifications.
  • ITIL certification.
