With a heavy emphasis on project-based work, the team are now looking for a Sydney based Administration Assistant who wants to roll up their sleeves and jump straight into a vast array of interesting tasks that will be critical to the delivery of many exciting projects, as well as ensuring the day-to-day departments runs smoothly.t
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities:
- provide administration assistance and support in all aspects of administration. works for the Vice President Design & Technical Services & the wider DT&S Team.
- liaise and collaborate with other departments and global teams on various tasks as necessary.
- Management of project invoicing and tracking.
- You’ll be an integral resource for the FF&E|OS&E Project Solutions team & be involved in the pre-opening phase of a Hotel Opening.
- Conduit between suppliers & Project stakeholders from conception to completion during the planning, product selection.
- Opportunity to travel interstate for the installation phase if required.
- This role will suit a clear communicator with excellent attention to detail, who is self-motivated and has demonstrated experience in exceeding internal and external client expectations.
- Understanding of the hospitality business
- Proven experience as an administration assistant or similar role
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Experience in project work highly desirable
- Ability to communication with all levels
- Strong comprehension of Finance processes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
