- Provide service management and billing support of Powerlink externally sourced or hosted end-user technology including active vendor performance management.
- External service billing management to ensure spend is tracking appropriately against budget and forecasts throughout the service lifecycle
- Source and distribute approved IT products and services to the business such as fleet deployments.
- Investigate the latest emergent technologies (such as Apple Vision Pro) to support our business needs and projects
- Provide a high level of customer service in the support of critical Powerlink collaboration, conferencing and communication services such as Microsoft Teams and meeting room technology.
- Develop internal technical IT-user and business end-user documentation & artefacts that empower utilisation of relevant IT equipment and systems.
- Experience in deploying and or supporting modern telephony services, we're looking for things like Skype for Business, Teams Phone, Telstra IP Telephony.
- Experience with enterprise mobility e.g. iPhone support and deployment.
- Understanding how telephony billing fundamentally works and ideally experience with enterprise level telephone plans.
- Experience in billing management of technology or telephony services.
- Experience managing third party support arrangements including service-level and vendor-performance management.
- Significant hands on experience providing customer support to end-user computer technologies.
- Recent experience supporting collaboration and A/V/VC technologies (MS Teams).
- Experience with establishing and implementing new or revised business functions and services.
- Relevant professional qualifications in ITIL practices and/or other applicable audit or industry standard.
