Job Description
- Collaborate with design teams to assess project designs for feasibility and buildability.
- Identify potential challenges and propose solutions to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide second-level technical support to field teams during construction, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure project progress.
- Provide second-level technical support to field teams, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with on-site technicians to diagnose and rectify technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Asses customer raised faults and provide guidance to the construction team and subcontractors on the best practice for solutions.
- Follow up with customer on site performance status and get additional data as required to resolve technical issues.
- Regularly review Method of Procedures (MOPs) and industry standards to ensure that the most current build practices are being employed in the field.
- Identify discrepancies and propose updates to MOPs and standards as necessary to align with evolving technical requirements.
- Distribute technical-related project alerts and updates to relevant teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of critical technical changes and developments.
- Review changes in technical procedures, equipment, or technologies and provide a comprehensive impact analysis on how these changes affect our ways of working and financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary adjustments and improvements.
