We're hiring! A new position has opened for an IT Administrator to join our Managed Services Group as an onsite resource for one of our most valued customers.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a full time experienced level two IT technician to work on site at a large Brisbane Northside Car Dealership. The successful candidate will be an integral member of their team and ours. You will deliver outstanding first level customer support and become the onsite face of Centra Networks. You will be continuously supported by a team of experienced technicians that aim to deliver outstanding service to this fast paced, high performing organisation. The role will incorporate desktop and application support, phones, Server Management and participating in company meetings to see how we can help improve their business. 

We are looking for a proactive technician to create real relationships with their staff. The suitable candidate will be an extension of their business and ours. The shift time is 700am to 330pm. 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Minimum 2 years of IT desktop support experience essential
  • Excellent people/communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft 365
  • Proven experience in Windows desktop and Server OS
  • Moderate Understanding of Network Concepts
  • Telephone Management (3CX highly regarded but not required)
  • Experience in the automotive industry Highly regarded but not required.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting ability.
  • You will be able to document your workings.
