About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to provide effective installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems software related infrastructure components, both on premise and cloud, with a focus on service delivery, internal customer satisfaction and best practice.
What you will be doing:
• Provide day to day implementation, management and support of Council's IT Infrastructure to meet organisational performance and security requirements.
• Administer and support core business applications such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Operating systems, Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Server Update Service (WSUS), Group Policy and Microsoft network services.
• Maintain SOE (Standard Operating Environment), imaging and setting up laptops or PCs, driver and Bios updates.
• Management of cloud services.
• Endpoint protection software deployment and management.
• Create and maintain IT documentation/procedures for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Provide after-hours IT support to users as required.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
2. 5+ years experience in similar role
3. Demonstrated solid working knowledge of MS Windows, Active Directory, SCCM or Intune, Group Policy and WSUS
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Class C Driver’s Licence (NSW)
Position details:
Permanent full-time role, S1191 Salary: Starting From $100K per annum exclusive of Superannuation.
