Duty Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively assist with the development of detailed work instructions, processes and guidelines for operational staff.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining work processes and methodologies by seeking and promoting innovation from users and stakeholders to ensure continuous business improvement whilst building and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in the delivery of training to key staff to ensure high client service focus and delivery.
- Provide meaningful feedback and guidance to operational staff to improve the quality of client interactions.
- Proven track record in creating technical documentation such as user manuals, guides, work instructions, standard operating procedures or similar materials.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training sessions or workshops which are innovative, engaging training delivery methods that promote active learning and knowledge retention and are related to technical topics.
- Ability to tailor training materials and documentation to meet specific needs and requirements.
- Strategies for collecting feedback from trainees and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage training and documentation projects effectively, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with our team to understand our needs and goals, and to deliver training and documentation that align with our objectives
