We are looking for a Lubrication Technician to provide general maintenance assistance to Fixed Plant, in a safe and efficient manner. This role is a great opportunity to be a part of the Fixed Plant Condition Monitoring team who are responsible for executing planned maintenance activities.
Working a residential roster of 8 days on, 6 days off and reporting to the Supervisor Condition Monitoring, you will be required to:
- Carry out scheduled lubrication and general maintenance on Fixed Plant equipment
- Complete planned maintenance checks on offline and online equipment
- Carry out general servicing and assist maintainers with breakdowns
- Maintain Fixed Plant equipment through sound lubrication principles
- Oil sampling for offsite analysis
- Oil change outs on mechanical equipment
- Conduct routine plant inspections
- Refuel plant equipment as required
- Assist the maintenance team when required
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Australian “C” class manual drivers licence or higher
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
- A strong attitude towards safety
