What you'll do:
- Support in strategy and design of digital and technology operating models – organisation structure, processes, metrics, roles & responsibilities
- Analysis and define improvement in CIO / digital capabilities across the value chain
- Analysis of current state performance, identify themes and support in definition of roadmap
- Lean process improvements in technology processes- release management, change management and related processes
- Identify opportunities to automate process and controls (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Others)
- Define capability uplift blueprints for CIO and digital capabilities like product management, agile ways of working, managed services
- Experience in delivery management of consulting engagements
- Facilitation and coordination with wide range of stakeholders
- Process documentation and communication
- Lead small delivery teams – Scrum master
- Design and implementation of IT operating model
- Experience working in IT delivery frameworks – waterfall, agile, product centric delivery
- Experience in design and improvements in release management, IT change management processes
- Good understanding of SDLC processes, ITSM, IT risks and controls
- Experience in client facing consulting and consulting delivery playbooks
- 3-8 years industry experience
- Experience in financial services will be preferred
- Knowledge of contemporary IT delivery practices – agile, devops, clouds
- Practitioner in one of the frameworks like CMMI, ITIL 4, COBIT, IT4IT etc.
- Experience in technology platforms will be added advantage
