• Full time, fixed-term position until April 2027

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity in our IT team where no two days are the same. This role will see you log incidents and requests for support as well as triage, fix issues and undertake trouble shooting of support cases.
You will be experienced in customer service and easily be able to assist with the management of Councils IT assets, collaborate with or escalate problems to more senior staff if required and follow-up support requests with customers.
About the Successful Candidate
The person we are looking for:
• Must have excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Has the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
• Can demonstrate a knowledge of IT networking, hardware, and applications.
• Wants to work in a role where they can learn and grow their skill set.
• Previous experience working in an IT Service Desk is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
