Duties:

• Tower climbing and working at heights to install and maintain equipment.
• Rigging and hoisting antennas, feed lines, and other telecom equipment.
• Conducting inspections and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• A valid driving licence
• High-risk work licence - Rigging
• Prior experience as a Telecommunication Rigger or similar role
• Proficiency in tower climbing and working at heights.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with telecommunication systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
