SalaryThe Energy & Resources (E&R) Program is responsible for delivering impact and value to improve the safety, reliability, resilience and productivity of the energy and resources sectors in Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region.
The Solutions Lead, E&R, under the broad direction of the General Manager, Energy & Resources and in partnership with the Energy Sector Lead, Resources Sector Lead and Service Delivery Manager, leads the development of new offerings and improvement of existing offerings, to the energy and resources sectors.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solutions Lead, with demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, to deliver new product and services offerings within the Energy & Resources program. The delivery of product and service offerings involves strong collaboration across several Programs of the Bureau including engagement with areas such as Data and Digital, Research and operational forecasting teams. A deep understanding of customers and operational forecasting is essential to the success of this role.
This position would suit an applicant with outstanding communication skills, who has a high degree of initiative and leadership capability. Experience establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders and project team members, employing a consultative and influencing approach is essential.
