A renowned leader in building & construction management, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join this dynamic team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the construction of a state-of-the-art $40 million Aged Care facility located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of milestones.
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to review progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and local authorities.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in medium to large-scale construction projects.
