Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain telecommunications systems, including networks, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support for telecommunication infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade telecommunications solutions.
- Administer and customise ERP system (NetSuite) according to organisational requirements.
- Configure and optimise ERP (NetSuite) workflows, modules, and integrations.
- Train end-users on ERP (NetSuite) functionality and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Telecommunications Technical support and administration.
- Proficiency in ERP administration and customisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
