- Maintaining company vehicles, test equipment, tools, and PPE in optimal condition.
- Supporting a team of Technicians/Riggers for efficient and high-quality installation or maintenance activities.
- Providing comprehensive support for installation, maintenance, and repair of customer Telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Handling installations and maintenance for Radio Network systems.
- Managing installation and upkeep for Mobile Data Networks, broadcast, radio, cellular, Wi-Fi, and digital networks.
About You:
- Industry Construction White Card certification.
- Valid Australian manual vehicle Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience in installing and/or supporting Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson RBS, WCDMA/LTE (preferred).
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining antenna and feeder cables on monopoles, rooftops, and towers.
- Fundamental knowledge of transmission systems, including PDH, SDH, DWDM, ATM, and packet-switched networks.
- Dedication to adhering to safe work practices consistently.
- Prior experience within the telecommunications sector.
- A degree or diploma in telecommunications or electrical engineering is highly valued.
- Possession or willingness to obtain a Telecommunications Cabling Licence with a fibre endorsement is highly advantageous.
ESSENTIAL that you have previous NBN Wireless Technician experience.
