About the role
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Project Manager - Commercial to join our Perth metro team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead and support the delivery team in all aspects related to the successful delivery of our projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time and ensuring our clients’ expectations are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key senior external clients and other key stakeholders.
- Delivering projects on or under budget, on or ahead of schedule in accordance with quality and performance requirements, including but not limited to electrical compliance sign off.
- Implementing the strategic direction for the project in line with the business unit strategy.
- Financial management of the project by overseeing expenditure and taking corrective actions as required.
- Implementing the Health, Safety & Environmental Management Plans, Project HSE Procedures, client standards and legislative requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Electrical Trade Certificate | WA Electrical Workers Licence | Electrical Nominee
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial Project Management or other similar position within Commercial Electrical Projects is highly desirable
- Diploma in Project Management or Project Manager with AIPM / PMI certification is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
- Simpro experience or other software is highly desired
