We are looking for experienced Telehandler Operators to join the Castleross team, who are willing to work with a team focused on delivering outcomes within the deadlines while operating safely and productively.
A recruitment pool is also available for future opportunities as a Telehandler Operator for those not successful in the first round of offers.

Experience and skills
- Prior experience operating telehandlers or similar heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in operating telehandler controls and understanding its functions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions from supervisors and project plans.
- Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform lifting and moving tasks.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Attention to detail to ensure materials are handled and transported accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Operate telehandler equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials using the telehandler.
- Transport materials to designated locations on construction sites or industrial settings.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the telehandler.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow instructions from project plans and blueprints.
- Assist with other tasks on the job site as needed.
