Working 20 hours a week, you would typically work 4 days a week and hours are flexible within those days. You would be part of a small, well established team all working in a fun and open environment. They really look after their staff, have great training and staff are certainly encouraged and motivated within this family style company culture.
The focus for you is on calling within the different industries making that initial marketing call. Your goal is to establish a rapport, find out if contracts are already in place and if not set appointments for the face to face sales team. If contracts are in place you will be building a relationship with a potential client. This is not a ‘call and drop’ telesales kind of environment; this company nurtures its clients new and existing.
To be part of this great team you will be:
- Good at communication with strong verbal and written skills
- Happy to cold call and talk on the phone
- Experienced within a sales environment ideally selling services and solutions
- Great at relationship building
- Experienced with using a database preferably Hubspot and ACT
