Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telematics Implementation and Support Specialist at Fleetware. The Telematics Implementation and Support Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to software and hardware implementation, liaising with technicians and providing support to customers. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure successful deployment of fleet tracking solutions and to address any issues or concerns that may arise. The Telematics Implementation and Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
